So frustrated with people who only want to hang out in the morning

I have 2 close friends who are morning people and they only ever ask me to hang out in the morning. I do understand they may have busier lives than me but I cannot completely change my biology and drag my ass out of bed to hang out with them in the morning every weekend. It's just not happening.

It's especially frustrating because they've both known me for at least 20 years and everyone knows how terrible I am with mornings. I get that we're 40 now but they're suddenly trying to contain our friendship to mornings.

On top of this I've been really sick all summer due to many chronic illnesses and long COVID making it worse so there's no way in hell I'm getting less sleep to accommodate their sleep schedule. Even on my birthday my friend wanted to take me to lunch and we agreed on noon. Then a week later she messages me, see you at 11 am tomorrow right?! I was all irrited so I was just like, "11 am! No way Jose! I'll see you at noon." And honestly noon is pushing it, I'd rather not be meeting up with people socially before 2 pm so I'm already majorly compromising for them.

I'm ready to sit down and have a talk like do you ever hang out with people in the afternoon?? Or evening? Like are we 70?? What has happened to you guys?! Wth is with morning people I'm at my wits end!

I'm so tired of being sick and Dehydrated

I've been in a flare since June 16th, it was moderate at first I could eat bananas and rice, simple stuff potatos. I'm new to gastroparesis and didn't realize I had it until this flare started so I've been making a lot of mistakes I think.

2 weeks ago I added garlic to a cup of pureed potato soup and it's like it ruined my stomach. I got horrible stomach spasms for 15 hours. So I gave myself a harsh case of acute gastritis on top of the gastroparesis. Overall I've lost 25 lbs, 10 in the last week. I can barely drink liquids now, been in the er so many times. They just hydrate me and discharge, still waiting on GI appts.

I also have pots and this decreased liquid intake is miserable, I've basically felt dehydrated for a month. I'm so tired of it I'm ready to be like just give me an nj tube in my nose so my body can feel better and then maybe my stomach can heal.

I dunno what to do, my GI appt isn't until July 30th. My PCP just sent me a message basically saying there's nothing else she can do for me.

I'm just living on sugar water right now. (My electrolyte fluids so it's salt and sugar water)
