Is anybody else having an issue with adjusting PIs for KeHe grocery items? Overnights keep getting an error code everytime we try to adjust on the iPad. CIC not recognized or something like that. It's messing up our OoS report like crazy.

We're on like our third acting SD this year, so not really getting any answers on our SOP questions. And our grocery manager is... about as useful as tits on a bull.

SOLVED! Thanks to everyone suggesting to delete the last number on the UPC. Leaving this post up just in case anyone else is looking for the same answer.
