2012 4.0 v6 6spd, 150,000 miles

I just replaced the clutch, slave cylinder, and throw out 3k miles ago. It’s been running great and shifting good, up until a few days ago. I have to force it into each gear. But then occasionally it’ll shift smooth. I think maybe the synchros going out? I’ll try to give a little gas during the shift and it’ll smooth out sometimes. I also notice shifting up or down into fifth, it usually grinds. Getting into first or reverse I actually have to pump the clutch at least twice before it’ll go into gear. And sometimes double clutching, when shifting into other gears makes it easier.

Anyone have experience or input?
Synchros going bad? Or could the clutch have air in the system 3k miles after replacement? The fluid isn’t going down, but it probably should be flushed anyways.
