Dealer left off my tow hook cover and can't get it together to get me a new one.

So I'm just telling a story here. This happened to me but it's ridiculous honestly... So my 2017 Alltrack decided to crap the bed with the DSG right at 100,000 mi, sent it to the dealer, $4000 and a month later I get it back. That's a whole other story... Anyway. This is the dead of winter January... In Maine. I don't notice that the tow hook cover is missing for several months. So I look all over for it, don't find it, ask the dealer to give me a new one. They ignore me. So I call them again, they order it, don't tell me it comes in. I call and the girl says oh yeah we got to paint it. So the paint guys are on vacation so we'll get back to you on that. So I'm driving by one day and I stop in and say hey where's my piece... They hold up the black piece and say oh it needs to be painted. Isn't your car gray. I said yes. It's great it needs to be painted because that one's black... They said okay . A few weeks later I call and say hey what's going on... They say oh it didn't need to be painted. We sent it to you... I said first of all that's black. My car is not black, I'll just send it back. .. And now it's been a week and I don't have it. I called the dealer again and he says yeah that one doesn't need to be painted. Your Vin says yours should be black. I said you and I sat there and looked at it and it's black and my car isn't... He said he'll look into it... So I know my car is gray. The bumper is gray.. that part is gray. But I looked up another gray alltrack and it has a black bottom and it's piece will be black. No I know the problem but to try to get them to fix it. Oh my goodness it's not going to be fun.

Tldr... The Volkswagen dealership in Southern Maine has bad service and is unable to tell a difference between two different gray cars. I'm fighting to get what I want.

Starting to refuse to go to anything with his rude "friends"

I (55F) want to stop having anything to do with my (59 M) 's "friends".

We live up north where people are clique and rude. Whatever, I ignore it and stay to myself. Well, the super friendly BF of 2.5 years knows a lot of people and often hangs out with these people he has known for 40 years. Originally it was fine with the inner circle but then quickly turned to sniping and rudeness.

I've put up with it and ignored it for too long so I'm sick of listening to the insults and am beginning to refuse to go anywhere they are. I've never said anything directly to the rude ones, instead just ignoring them but I'm sick to death of sharing my oxygen with bullies. We go seasonal camping together and I either stay in or near the camper to ignore them and actually to avoid a blow up out of respect to the BF.

Refusing to spend any time with these people means no holidays, because one of the worst is his daughter, who was poisoned by one of his "friends" and has nothing good to say about me.

AITAH? Or protecting my peace? They just ignore me when I'm around anyway, except for a few snide comments so what's the point? It will hurt him because all he wants is his normal life back, and we have been getting there, his wife of 30 years died 5 years before we met and he's just been happy to get back to some semblance of his old life. I've been supportive but I'm also human and don't want to be anywhere near jerks that snipe insults at me when they're not ignoring me.

He knows how I feel, we make fun of their insane attitude in private but he does nothing in person.

Anyone want a Sony Mavica MVC-FD81?

Hi I got this at an estate sale but I can't get it to charge because I don't have the holder for the battery, there is a cord with it but I can't find anywhere on the camera or battery to plug it in.

So I am moving so I am trying to downsize everything. If anyone wants this they can have it just pay me shipping.

It comes with a bag and everything and extra disks.

I haven't calculated shipping yet but I can.
