Charging for insurance report
How much would you charge for an insurance report for a claim for critical illness benefit? It is a factual report for my own patient. (Consultant colorectal surgeon who hasn’t written one of these in a long time)

I’m looking for some advice. We have an 11-month-old mini schnauzer, Betty, and 6 weeks ago we brought home Maggie, who is now 14 weeks old. We thought they were settling in well, but over the last few weeks Betty has started peeing on the upstairs landing almost every night at bedtime.
She’s always taken out before bed and was previously reliable at asking to go outside, so this is new behaviour. It only happens at bedtime, not during the day.
Both puppies currently sleep in our bed. Betty is crate trained, and Maggie has slept well in her crate at night but struggles more with it during the day. When we’re out, we’ve been leaving both puppies loose in the house, although I’m thinking that may be too much too soon and may start crating them separately again or leave Betty in a separate room. Betty had previously been left out on her own without any issues.
From what I’ve read, I’m wondering if Betty’s behaviour could be linked to feeling overwhelmed or insecure since Maggie arrived. Has anyone experienced something similar or got any advice on how I can help her feel more settled and confident?

Turns out our new mini schnauzer (Maggie, the wee black one) is trouble already & she has only been with us 2 weeks. She has been teaching the older one bad tricks (like escaping the garden) She is like Houdini 🫠
Third pic is what we have resorted to so she doesn’t escape through the fence 🤣
Meet the newest addition to our family, Maggie! Let the chaos commence 🤣
I need a new collar for my 10 month old mini (& maybe a matching one for her new baby sister who we pick up next week). Does anyone have any recommendations for good collars in the UK?
She is currently wearing a Cocopup one but any of the ones I like are very pale fabric which just gets grubby really quickly
