Any gunsmiths in NOVA that will do same day upper builds? Don’t have the tools to do it myself but also don’t want to wait in a queue for something that should be relatively quick

Currently have a Stribog SP9A3S that is semi decked out (Lingle lower, extended handguard, KES telescoping, etc). It’s a great gun but can’t stop wanting an MP5 clone.

I know for certain I don’t want two PCCs. So the question is, should I pick up an AP5 now and get rid of the bog? AP5 has the looks / swag, but is it a better shooter too?
