Steam lists the DLC for this week, and we've been told that the plan is to go live on thursday (as listed) on all platforms, alongside the discount as well (which we already have on Steam anyway)
Changelogs are expected on wednesday, lets pray for a good update!

If you wanna get it now, now is the time! Mutliplayer is solid (but kinda empty right now), driving is generally quite fun (varies between classes, and is also subjective), and more content, features and better singleplayer promised!

The deluxe edition will probably get you everything they bring this year. I hope the consoles can also get this sale soon (and hopefully the sale means we're not too far away from the update)
