O365 refusing to save in-file images onto a SharePoint 2019 teamsite

Please redirect me to other subreddits I could crosspost this to if you think this is better off there, I'm just really hoping someone can tell me anything about this.

Context: I work at an IT service company and we've recently taken a new client company into our management. Their old service provider was very keen on not touching the system as long as it's working, so we're currently left with an overly complex hybrid tenant.

We've finished the transition of the physical devices from Win10 and MECM to Win11 and Intune, almost all other things are still on-prem though, including their SharePoint 2019.

Now to the actual problem:

The user who opened the ticket prepares a lot of meetings and visualizes reports through charts and graphs they create in office programs, mainly PowerPoint. On Win10 with Office 2019 and, according to them, also shortly on Win11 with O365 they used to be able to export those directly onto the SharePoint teamsites via the "Save as Picture", inserting the link to the teamsite folder as path into the file explorer window and pressing "Save". But if you try to do that now PowerPoint and Word just throw an "An unexpected error has occurred".

The odd thing is that saving the office file itself onto the teamsite through "Save as" still works that way. Saving image files from other apps like this also still works. Even saving a PowerPoint itself as png via "Save as" works. The only thing I could find that doesn't work is this exact constellation of saving an image from inside an O365 file to a SharePoint teamsite via explorer.

I can replicate this exact same behavior on my own device on our test teamsite and am at a complete loss trying to figure out what's causing this. I can also find no further info about it as it's such a weirdly specific constellation.

New wall decor

What do y'all think of my wall decor? Isn't it pretty?

Jokes aside, does anyone have an idea what additional wall mounted support I could use so it doesn't just hang by the latches? I do not have the space to place it anywhere on the ground as you might be able to tell from the fact it's hanging in a random room..

New shrimp owner: Shrimp dying mid-molt (white ring of death)

Please help me, I feel like I did something wrong but I just can't figure out what.

I received 20 healthy shrimp via mail on thursday, 10 orange sakuras and 10 green jades, only one DOA. Did a careful temperature, then drip acclimation over multiple hours. Placed them in the tank and they all explored for the rest of the day and calmed down to what I perceive as normal shrimp activity until the next morning. They're also very busy cleaning the various types of algae off of all surfaces.

Now the problem is that since saturday a total of 4 more shrimp died. Found one saturday morning, one on sunday and two today. All with a more or less prominent white ring. Also just found the guy in the second pic - still alive but I doubt there's any chance he's not gonna be number 5. I also found 4 exoskeletons from successful molts in the meantime. Please help me, why are half of my shrimp dying trying to molt?

Parameters: pH slightly above 8; KH of 12; GH of 11; 0 Ammonia; 0,05 ppm Nitrites; 15 ppm Nitrates; Tank has been cycled for over a month with the cycle kickstarted by the wall mounted wood; 50% water change 2 days before the shrimp were added; Temperature is around 26,5°C as I plan to move the shrimp and house a betta in it in the future

What is wrong with my pH test?

Can anyone explain to me what pH I have/why my liquid test kit is showing a color not on the chart? I'm currently cycling my tank and everything is going fine and testing fine besides this pH test. This is the second test, I also did one a few days ago and it turned the same off-chart cyan. Test kit name is on the bottom right.
