Best way to “legally” get games on the 360?

For context my 360 has ABadAvatar on it and the aurora dashboard but I do not know how to get “legal” copies of games onto it. And I do not have a hard drive only 4GB internal and a 32GB usb

I recently got ABadAvatar to work on my Xbox 360-E but I have no hard drive yet. Would I be able to put games on the usb?

I downloaded a drag and drop package from GitHub for abadavatar. I plug the usb in and whenever it goes to the avatar screen it freezes. It still shows the ABadAvatar account tho.
