I think the Sunday after Pentecost is Trinity Sunday? Any suggestions for a good worship set / order of service based around the Trinitarian Benediction?
‘The Grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you evermore’.
I’ve noticed our worship teams start to get a bit ragged in the run up to the summer, people away more, people covering for each other more. Perfectly natural I suppose, no major problems, but in your place, how do you keep morale up and recharge people so they don’t feel taken for granted?
Where I live the church programme winds down a little after Easter with the good weather. So a couple of big events in the Bible tend not to get great coverage in church. The first is Jesus’ ascension & great commission. The second is Pentecost.
If you know of some great songs for this season please let me know!
