GG Poker holding my money and won't respond.
Several months ago I tried to add some money to GG poker for first time in a while after playing on other sites. I was asked for proof of address which I provided then told they had suspended my account for affordability reasons. I have since provided numerous documents and emails with proof of funds, proof of address, proof of ID, details about my secure job and payslips related to that, and proof that I have significant disposable income. I have sent them over numerous times. But my ccount remains suspended and GG customer service, GG cares and GG complaints will not respond to the many emails I have sent.
Worst of all I have a small amount of money in the account that GG poker will not allow me to withdraw nor will they allow me to play with it. They have held this for months. Please could someone help me this, it's absolutely nuts. Screename is SauzeeNO4.
