Tell me more about BS-ID

Long story short, I'm planning to shift to ID from ARCH. I just need the input from a couple of seniors from ID but anyone from any year from ID can chime in and respond!

How's BS-ID, and what are the strengths needed to perform well in that program?

Any negative scenarios to watch out for?
