Can anyone help with the stuttering?

Im limiting my fps and it's going above limit and the fps counter doesn't even say the correct number and above all that the game is really stuttering,

The device im on.

Samsung a56 8gb ram 128gb storage

Using it with a usb-c hub with a keyboard and mouse and charger connected to it, no apps are open in the background and im using custom drivers called ExynosTools 2.0 stable since my cpu is an exynos 1580 with Xclipse 540 gpu, all of that while playing on 1280x720 resolution, the game requires 16:9 to look normal and not have any ui glitches, also using proton-9.0-x86_64, Is there any way I can fix this?

Been lagging like... a lot..

In these two fps I was playing with 4 people and with 4 minutes straight trying to leave the the whole game, can't even normally swipe to close the game, legit red vs blue on 0-1 fps.

Samsung a56

8gb ram

128 gb storage and i have 35 gb storage free and no i wasn't on a call or had any app open in the background

What phone do i get?

I wanna upgrade from my samsung a56 due to the phone being the least optimized phone for games, especially because of the gpu architecture, I have a budget of 30k Egyptian pounds and my use is fairly basic at most, only heavy game I play is fortnite and maybe Minecraft Java edition using mojo launcher, I dont really use the camera much so I dont care about it, if you have any questions please ask (yes I will be selling my phone as used with its box and the case i got for it)

Is this lowering my performance?

I'm not new to the game or all, it's just I always play on my brother's account since like 2022 because he had to take care of college but at the same time wanted to get all battlepasses in the next seasons, and ive stopped recently because my computer is having a lot of issues and ive decided to play the game on my account for once, realized I'm really close to getting the battlepass this season so ive been grinding for like 4 weeks along side my school and home stuff, and ive FINALLY got my first battlepass on my own account, note that this account is made in like 2024 and ive barely played on it
