And the Urban Pathways, busses, parents vehicles and security guards are all parked and standing in the Penn Avenue bike lane from 2:45 - 3:30 everyday. Today I was almost hit by a schoolbus driving over the cement curb meant to stop vehicles from entering the bike lane. It's somehow gotten worse from the spring.
