I'll try to keep it brief.

I've decided to quit Fizz after 6 months as a customer.

Activation with them was a challenge at best. I was never able to get 5G working on my Pixel 6 phone.

Soon after, I would see constant disconnects, and I had to manually rester 5-6 times a day or I would have no data.

I never went over the data cap, how could I really? Even when data was working, I was barely getting 0.2 Mbps on a good day.

Switched to Chatr and now all my problems seem to have disappeared.

I tried contacting Fizz, but it was just going in circles and I felt like they were just gas-lighting me.
