Started with toasted bread and put the butter and tuna on top. After that toasted more bread with the leftover butter and topped with scallops.

Overall I think the tuna was delicious, and was carried by the richness of the butter. However, at 22$ a tin I think it’s only a one and done justified rather than something I would regularly purchase.

The scallops were also good, but the highlight was the bread toasted in the tuna butter. I think other tins of scallops are cheaper and can deliver a similar result.

I was not let down by Island Creek at all!
