I’m looking for another marketing channel, and looking to start sending out mailers.
I came across REIprintmail, and they seem like have some sort of secret sauce with sending out mailers and getting responses.
Does anybody have direct experience with REIprintmail, or any other comparable mailing service which they can recommend?
I was in and out of PPL over the last few years, and I just went and started looking back at costs per county, and started seeing that leads/county have dropped in my area. I also saw that they are vetting leads before they send them ahead.
I’m not so interested in whether ppl works or doesn’t work, but more about any differences in quality for the top PPL companies over the last six months.

How many consistent leads will it take to convert?
How competitive your market has been, with the lead source company?

This is more of a multifamily question/product, but I came across REI Accelerator, which looks to be a full stack marketing, outreach and coaching platform for acquiring multifamily. Anybody have direct experience working with this company?

I’m working on recruiting new talent for cold calling.
I previously used onlinejobs.ph, and also have a Latin America caller.
It’s been a while since I had to interview and get new employees.
Specifically for cold calling, I’m looking for platforms that I can screen and interview candidates, and get the best possible talent.
I’m not looking for a recruiter, I want to have access to the pool of candidates direct through whatever Craigslist or job site in any country.
