i thought this was cool. on pinterest i guess there was a “shopping” option when you clicked on a photo to bring it closer, and when you zoomed in or zoomed out fully on the photo, there was a rainbow graphic that showed up on oliver. don’t know what kind of sign that is from oliver but it was very cool to see :)
suitcase full of cash is so good😭😭😭 the vocals resembling a cop on the walkie talkie is so creative and i love his the lines are on beat with the song it’s just so audibly satisfying omggg
felt compelled to spend the day in santa cruz in honor of oliver — it felt good to spend time in his hometown, made me feel closer to him. i also thought it was cool someone included a violin in honor of his karma police video :’). (the picture i included of the violin in the tree was above his gravesite.) i also saw a memorial poster for him in a local cd/record store and was able to snag one of his vinyls. i also saw a windbreaker in a tree and it totally reminded me of him — just little moments that felt like symbols of him. and of course the last photo i took was of a local band — i can totally see oliver’s musical influence after seeing local santa cruz bands play. oliver tree forever <3 !!!!
love you madly hate you badly is his best album — so thankful he wrote and produced it entirely himself. thank you, oliver for the great tunes. <3
