For the small business owners here, what’s one thing you find yourself doing over and over again that you wish you could just get off your plate?

For me, I’ve been noticing how much repetitive customer communication can pile up answering the same questions, sending the same information, following up, etc.

Curious what it looks like for everyone else. Is it customer questions for you, scheduling, admin work, bookkeeping, order issues, something else?

And have you actually found a good way to reduce it, or are you still just doing it manually? 😭
