Post nerf fuscina is the best weapon in the game.
Trench combat is the most important battlefield in the game. Even though other guns are better in different battlefields, take the loughcaster on open terrain for example.
Being able to consistently win a trench fight is what makes a gun good or bad to me.
Being able to crouch peek corners and one tap enemies before they retaliate is king, its the difference between clearing an entire trench and dying to the 3'd guy that retaliates.
The fuscina is able to do so fairly reliably without having to depend on rng like with the hangman.
At -10 meters the decreased min accuracy doesn't matter that much, your bullets will connect.
Not only that, but it is also cheap to produce, fires common ammo (7.62), and can be paired well with a flak vest.
