Apparently this is the part where I'm supposed to convince you I'm interesting in a few paragraphs.

So here's my best shot.

I'm a 44 year old male located in Southwest Sydney, emotionally available, can hold a conversation and have somehow reached adulthood without becoming cynical about finding a great relationship. By modern dating standards, I feel like that's a pretty solid start.

I've built a life I genuinely enjoy. Great friends, close family, plenty of adventures and enough life experience to know that the best moments are rarely the ones you planned.

In fact, one of my favorite things about travelling is getting slightly lost. Not "we need emergency assistance" lost, but the kind where you take a wrong turn and end up discovering the place you'll be talking for years later. A hidden beach, tiny restaurant or mountain lookout. An experience that would never have happened if everything had gone to plan.

That probably sums me up quite well. I like adventure, but don't need constant chaos. I enjoy trying new things, exploring new places, meeting interesting people and saying yes to experiences that make life feel bigger.

On the flip side, some of my favorite moments are surprisingly simple.

A strong coffee and a good pastry

A hike with an incredible view at the end

A beach day that somehow turns into dinner and sunset drinks

A family BBQ where the stories get funnier every year

I'm active, curious, affectionate, loyal and a big believer that relationships should make your life better and not more complicated

I appreciate people who are kind, self aware, playful and can laugh at themselves. Bonus points if you can give a little cheeky banter and handle it coming back your way.

As for what I'm looking for...

Someone genuine.

Someone who gets excited about building something meaningful instead of endlessly searching for something better around the corner.

Someone who values connection, communication, affection and shared experiences.

A woman who's just happy exploring a new country as she is sharing takeaway on the couch after a long week.

Someone who wants a partner, teammate, best friend and favorite person all rolled into one.
