considering quitting chilis

okay i’ve only had one training shift so maybe this is insane to consider already. my issue isn’t the job itself but the people i work with. the only person who was nice to me was my trainer. soon as i got there someone made it very know that some food runners would supposed to get bumped up and instead they hired random people to serve (me) so now everyone turns their head and is just staring at me. every single person there vapes/smokes or literally just smells so strongly of weed. which i just feel like is insane for a restaurant??? idk it’s not the restaurant environment im used to. the job itself seems to not be bad, i was training the on server ipad and it seems pretty self explanatory and i learned the whole menu already. but like is it worth working somewhere that im extremely excluded and clearly unwanted. ALSO my first training day my manager pulled me aside to let me know that late at night it gets really and i’m the area/restaurant like the customers. and i was like what??? and he told me like fights constantly break out and some nights he has to call the cops on people. which i feel like is not what you wanna hear being a teenage girl. idk i don’t really want to give it another shift because my issue isn’t the job but the atmosphere. if i do decide to quit how do i do it?
