Poshmark AI Run Amok

So I had a listing up for a pair of black velvet pants - for months. It was a very plain listing with the measurements. Pants were in like new condition. Apparently though, the problem was the brand which was "Well Worn" and Poshmark pulled it down and I got this weird email accusing me of soliciting "offsite transactions" and violating the terms and conditions and things like that.

And that's how Poshmark's AI accused me of really gross and illegal things on a basic, many months old, listing of velvet pants. It literally had a picture of the brand tag in the listing.

USPS delays and delays?

I'm noticing USPS shipping times getting longer and longer. Right now I have 25 orders on Posh "in transit" and the oldest one is 12 days in transit...is anyone else experiencing this? On Mercari, there's actually a notice saying USPS is experiencing delays, but nothing on Posh and customers are getting angry...

EIGHT messages with Poshmark Support about Seller Canx - No Resolution!

Hello,

I am a volume shipper and have not done any seller cancellations in the last 90 days, yet my Posh stats show that I have a seller cancellation.

What I do have, are two orders of glassware that arrived damaged by USPS - and Poshmark paid me for them under Posh Protect - and then one approved return. None of these qualify as a seller cancellation.

I have now sent EIGHT messages to Poshmark support about this, detailing these orders and repeatedly explaining to them that there is an error, and I have not cancelled any orders. I have not cancelled any orders in the last 90 days, and actually not in the last 6 months either. I haven't even had any buyers request cancellations in the last 90 days. I have just simply not cancelled any orders.

So what gives? How do I get Poshmark to understand this and correct my seller cancellation stats, and not repeatedly send me generic AI written explanations of their cancellation policy?

Poshmark Now Refunds Buyer For Smell ONLY

Been selling for four years. Never have I seen a buyer refunded for smell alone, not only that, Poshmark refunded the buyers ENTIRE BUNDLE when the customer only complained about the smell of ONE of the items in the bundle - and clearly exaggerated their claims about the smell - and said the other item was just fine.
Sellers are cooked.
