Getting orders while paused
I'm so sick off this app. Why have a pause button if it doesn't work. My AR is screwed because the pause button doesn't stop orders. 🖕Doordash.

Why can minor accounts order alcohol Doordash?
A couple of days ago, I got an order for a bag of chips and two 40's. 20 miles but at 22$ that's practically a unicorn in my market. The pick up is painless and quick, I make my way across town to the address. Only to find the person that ordered it is a minor. Neither of the parent's (who the beer was obviously for) spoke English or had State ID's, which is not a problem because I can speak enough Spanish to get by, but not enough to explain that I can't give beer to a minor. She specifically said she had a minors account. I called support and asked why a minor account would be allowed to order beer. The "supervisor" told me that DD just places the order regardless if the account is for a minor or not. Why can this be allowed?

Contract violations for things outside of our control
Yesterday I received a violation for 'delivering the wrong order'. The sticker on the bag matched the name DD gave me, why is it that we get in trouble for things we can not control?

Getting pretty sick of these type of messages first thing after signing in.
The order in question(I'm guessing because DD won't specify which one) was going to the top floor of a hospital. I also had to wait for the nurse to finish doing something to come get their food. I have no problem waiting for anyone that has that stressful of a job to come get their food. They could have been saving someone's life for all I know. I don't appreciate being chastised by an app for doing my job. Anyone else sick of these?
