im on my fourth uti since this month lasy year, and of course im getting sick of it. i have another ultrasound scheduled for this weekend to see if theres any beasties in there causing this, but the constant fear of utis has made my life miserable.

is there any advice? ASO or whatever the pain relief uti med is, it dorsnt work, and my doctors are stingy with antibiotics.

any ideas on how to prevent any in the future? pain relif ideas? anything..?

my sister gifted me an ipod touch sixth gen, running 12.5.8.

this is my first ever apple device, and clearly it cant run most things on the apple store these days. is jailbreaking a good idea to be able to get some of these apps? also i have never used itunes and im afraid ill break this thing or give it a virud somehow.... help?
