Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Onyx Apartments. It is $730 a month, all utilities are included except electricity. The lease is from September 2026 to July 2027.
It is fully furnished, one bed in a two-bedroom space, and a personal bathroom. Comes with a TV, pet friendly, pool for residents, free parking, gym, study lounge, and is really close to campus, a 5-minute drive and a 15-minute bus ride to Green Street.
I have attached a picture! You can move in as soon as possible. I no longer attend school in person, so it is free and open.
