Financial Aid

Hii,

I have until the 19th to accept my offer of admission of the waitlist. However, I’m a low-income student (applied through Questbridge) with around a 40k annual income before any adjustments for a family of 4, and they haven’t given me any financial aid packages yet. This is kind of worrying because I’m on a time crunch, yet they’re in no rush to get my aid to me for me and my family to review.

Does anybody know how good Emory’s aid is in these situations? I know they meet 100% demonstrated need, and I did the financial aid calculator which came out to be ~5k a year, but I’m not sure how accurate that is. Could anyone that’s been in a similar situation help me?

i just got off the emory college waitlist (wtf) and i don’t know what to do. the email is really confusing, it gives me these steps to do:

  1. Reply directly to the email listed below if you are interested by Thursday, May 14 at 5:00 pm ET.
  2. Let us know if you are interested (or not) in enrolling with Emory University this fall.

what email am i supposed to reply to?? 😭😭 they don’t list anything im so confused on how to accept? do i just email the senior dean of admissions (the one who sent the email)?
