I stopped drinking about a week ago and since then i feel like I’ve hit a brick wall with making music. I used to feel more inspired and more willing to mess around with ideas but now it feels like my well is dry and the spark is gone. I know quitting is the right move for me but it seems like alcohol was tied to my creativity more than I realized. Has anyone else gone through this after getting sober or cutting back? Did the motivation come back with time?
