I feel lost and need advice

I don't have a stable life, long story, just looking for some help on how im doing. please be brutally honest. This is what I have going on in my Merrill Lynch portfolio for my 401K. I am 36 years old. this is all I have. Due to hardships I had to stop contributing to my 401K a year ago. I picked an aggressive plan and this year since the change its gone up 11.74%. Is this typical, high, or low?

My biggest question is if I did not contribute anything else from now until 67. How bad would it be? what is the most realistic number I could potentially have at retirement at this rate? I only make 50K per year. Any advice is welcomed, thank you if you take time to leave a response :)
