Does my 401K spread look good?

My Employer uses Empower for our 401K.
I’m 30 years old with around $30,000 in my 401K.

For the past year I’d say, I’ve had Empower automatically invest in certain stocks etc on my behalf and basically control my portfolio. Before doing this I was sitting around a balance of $24,000 if I remember correctly.

I’m just looking for opinions on whether or not I should keep letting them manage on my behalf, or if I should manage it myself & if so what should I invest in, in particular?

See images.

Anyone else feel like their 401k might not be set up right?

I’ve been getting more into investing over the past few years and learning a lot about portfolio management, especially with long term accounts like 401ks.

Something I’ve noticed is that a lot of people kind of set it and forget it,which is totally fine but sometimes those accounts aren’t really optimized based on things like fees, fund overlap, or risk level.

I’m curious how often do you guys actually check or adjust your 401k? Do you just leave it alone, or do you actively rebalance / change allocations over time?

Also, has anyone here ever found out their 401k was underperforming just because of how it was set up?

Not trying to sell anything or manage anyone’s money, just genuinely interested in how others approach it and what’s worked (or hasn’t)

What is this telling me

Does this mean my money will continue to grow once I start pulling it? This chart confused me it’s projecting to end of life estimates but shows money still growing after retirement is that true?

What to do with an old 401(k)?

I have around 15k sitting in an old traditional 401(k) from my previous employer. What are the best options? Is rolling over to an IRA then converting to Roth a bad option, or should I just roll over to my current employer sponsored 401(k)? Any other advice? Thanks!

37M - Looking for advice

Hello all. I’ll preface this by saying I’m well aware I’m behind more then I’d like to admit but it’s never too late to pivot and adjust. My current 401k has just passed 100k after working for my existing company for almost 9 years with no changes to investments over that time. I’ve only been investing the company match up until now ( 6% ) but have now doubled that and will be doubling again before the end of the year. I’d like some honest feedback on my current allocations and thoughts on how I could further increase performance. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Rollover 401k into Robinhood IRA for 3% bonus

Hello-

I have a 401k from an old employer that I’m thinking of rolling over into an IRA with Robinhood. There is a 3% match (with Gold). I plan to rollover about $100k, which accounts for a $3k match bonus (basically free money). There is a 5 year vesting period, which is fine for me.

I plan to invest that money in ETFs for 5 years and then move it to a Fidelity or Schwab for longer term.

Is there any risk in this or a reason not to do it?

Hey can someone help me calculate how much percentage I should take from my state, federal taxes and penalty withdrawal. I got laid off and I’m looking to withdrawal 45,000 I live in NY and my salary was 81,300 but was only paid till March till I was laid off. I received a lump sum severance pay of 25,015 (before taxes) and potentially might receive unemployment but that’s not guaranteed.
