Hi , I was with accenture for 2+ years working in the roles and projects which didn't get much hike and no promotion but I got PIP from it.
After finacial year I got only 3 days in which I got some projects which were ready but they didn't hardlock me till then and I got to leave accenture immediately even after telling I got calls and about projects that they are ready for me. But, got no chance was asked to resign which I have to do.
Anyone else faced similar situation this year ot previously.
If anyone got advices and tips for next steps please let me know.
It will be helpful.
Thanks. And stay healthy.
