What’s the best stack for recovering your brain during summer break after college burnout?
I’ve had a really tough school year with a lot of stress, late nights, and constant pressure. It feels like my brain never really got a chance to rest, and now during summer break I want to properly recover both mentally and physically.
I’m also going to work an industrial summer job, so I want to make sure I still take care of myself and avoid feeling completely burned out before the next school year starts.
My goal is to get my energy, focus, motivation, and mental clarity back again instead of constantly feeling exhausted.
So I’m wondering: what’s the best stack, routine, or habits for recovering your brain after a hard school year while still working during the summer?
Anything helps — sleep routines, exercise, diet, supplements, dopamine detox, mindfulness, or anything that genuinely made a difference for you.
