How bad is it?
I just noticed this crack in the stucco on a bump-out over my garage. There are other much more minor cracks on the bump-out that look like they have had cosmetic repair in the past. Should I keep my eye on it before deciding how to proceed? Any guesstimate on what it will take to fix it ($)?
NE Florida, home is ~14 years old, I have owned for a few years.
Everything is wet because it rained and I just rinsed the dirt off on the trim below the bump-out. Which is when I noticed the crack. Surprising because I am normally very observant. And I was careful not to spray water at the crack, the drops near it were from splatter. I am aware moisture in there is bad.
Thanks for any advice. This is my first stucco house and I’ve never had to deal with stucco repairs before.
