Jp morgan chase Private client advisor

Anyone start this role with experience in industry as an associate/service rep for the advisor/ I have a cfp/ never owned own book or relationship.

What is the training like?

What should a base salary be for mid size metropolitan area

How is bonus/commission structured- monthly? Quarterly?

Are they strict with KPI with new advisors wihh to no experience?

If branch had no leads- do they expect you to “door knock”/ cold call random people? Or are there branch clients that are not assigned to an advisor that the rep calls.

TIAA WEALTH ADVISOR ROLE

I have a cfp been in industry for 9 years as associate to fc but never been a lead advisor. Tiaa is offering 100-110k base salary (not including base) should I ask for the $110k?

Should I work at Tiaa? Or take an advisor associate role in wealth advisory at Schwab and wait another year or 2 to be lead advisor

Tiaa wealth advisor role

Interviewing tips?

Is 105k salary a good start? I have my cfp but have never been a WA. I’ve only been an associated of financial consultant? Has there been a lot of first time WA’s.
