Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem with the Epic Games Launcher. I cannot install any game from my library. Every time I choose an install location and click Install, it immediately fails with:

Error Code: II-F1003

This happens with every game I try, not just one specific game.

The strange part is that I recently did a fresh installation of Windows 11, but the problem still exists.

My PC specs:

• CPU: Intel Core i3 7th Gen
• RAM: 8 GB
• GPU: GTX 1050 Ti
• Storage: 128 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD
• OS: Windows 11

I've tried restarting the PC, reinstalling Epic Games Launcher, and trying different install locations, but I still can't install anything.

I've attached a screenshot of the error.

Does anyone know what II-F1003 means or what could be causing this? Any help would be appreciated.
