Hey guys, I’ve got a problem. Yesterday I tried to log into Fortnite as usual, but the screen that appears when you log in for the first time popped up. When I checked Epic, it was as if my account had never existed. I’ve already submitted a support ticket; has this happened to anyone else, or does anyone know what I can do? Thanks in advance

Now that KA-BANG! (the wrap originally earned for free via the Cosmic Summer Quests in Chapter 2 Season 7) is available in the Item Shop, it highlights an inconsistency in how rewards are handled. 
Veteran players who completed those quests got the item without spending V-Bucks. Newer players now have the option to purchase it. Meanwhile, you’re re-releasing Battle Pass items starting from Chapter 5 Season 4 after the exclusivity period. 
It would feel more balanced if Epic could revisit or recreate similar free quest opportunities for pre-C5 content. Ideas like:
• Re-releasing select old quest lines (or updated versions)
• Adding legacy/catch-up mechanics for those rewards
• Expanding free event-style quests that reward older cosmetics
This would give everyone a fair shot at progression-based rewards, keep the spirit of those original summer quests alive, and help maintain goodwill across the player base.
What does the community think? Should older free quest rewards get more love?

OKAY UPDATE!!
i got my epic account back but the bad news is that, that hacker unlink my playstation account and now i cant re-link it due to the restrictions now i gotta wait 365 days until i can re-link it again
I've seen a lot of posts saying their accounts got hacked. I'm on console and don't plug my account info into anything. Has anyone been hacked outta the blue like that? No sign ins on external devices?
My Epic games account has been hacked and they changed the email address, but my PSN account is linked and I cannot unlink my PSN account because I cannot sign into the hacked Epic games account, I do not know the email address this hacker changed it to. All I want to do is unlink my PSN account so that I don’t have this unknown Epic games account attached to my PSN name and I’m unlocking them things on rocket league/fortnite.
Has anyone out there ever got resolution from Epic games with this. I’ve already sent messages to Epic with no avail, I’m not sure if I’m saying the right things or if they’re understanding the situation or truly cannot help me, which is RIDICULOUS.
River City Girls 2 is one of the free games this week; installed first on my PC and saw it doesn’t get past the character selection screen.
Installed it on my MacBook via Heroic and same thing. In fact it takes longer to boot on here.

To be honest, it makes me sad because a lot of money and time went into it, but the game is already in a significant decline, and GTA 6 is on the way.

my account says banned on epic games luncher but when i try to lunch the game on any other account it i can without a problem
Help me fix this i dont know what to do. I press “Restart and Install,” but it doesn’t work. It just restarts for a second, then it comes back up and shows the same thing again. I already tried restarting my PC, updating Windows, updating my drivers, and uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it still didn’t work.
Has anyone else had this and found a fix?

I’m trying to log in and every single time I try it, it just says “Something went wrong. Try again later.” And yes before you tell me to force stop, or clear cache and data, or uninstall or reinstall I’ve already done that, it’s been acting like this for almost two months.
I’ve requested to get the reason of my ban and they refuse to provide it, because of their: “security system” that can’t be revealed(I just want to know what I did wrong.). Also considering that I got banned right after purchasing 50€ worth of stuff and not being able to use them for more than like 2 creative games. + I couldn’t even refund them. Their support keeps answering with generic responses without even offering to help. Do better or let me get a refund because 50 Euros is a lot of money nowadays.

My little brother has the Neo World lobby track on his account, and I am incredibly jealous every single time I hear it. Now that Epic is open to bringing back select older Battle Pass cosmetics to the item shop, can we PLEASE get this track back?

Hey, hoping someone here has dealt with this. I’ve had my account since 2017, only ever played on Xbox, thousands of hours, a lot of OG stuff on it.
Back in 2020 a friend made a throwaway Gmail just for my 2FA when we were kids. Neither of us can get into that Gmail anymore — the iPad it was set up on got wiped, and Google account recovery won’t verify it’s mine. So every time I try to sign in, the 2FA code goes to an inbox I can’t reach.
I’ve submitted two account recovery requests and both got denied (the appeal said it looked like account sharing and that only the email’s “creator” can move it forward). I have Fortnite purchase receipts from my Xbox going back to March 2018, plus a V-Bucks order from 2021, my gamertag, the cards I used, all of it — but without control of the email, nothing gets me in. Support says they can’t manually override.
On top of it, after all the recovery attempts, Fortnite logged me out on my Xbox and now forces me to link an account through epicgames.com/activate, so I can’t even play on console anymore without signing in (which I can’t do).
Has anyone actually gotten an OG account back in this exact situation — locked out by 2FA on a dead email you can’t recover? Any path that worked? I’d really appreciate anything. Thanks.
My epic games account has been stolen around February this year. I have a lot of time and money put into the account. I had numerous linked accounts and money invested. After it was stolen I thought it was wraps and gave up. I saw some hope after looking around though I decided to try to get it back. I've sent 2 account recovery tickets in now. I got denied twice on the first and now we are on the second but this time I added invoice ID'S from epic store purchases and Microsoft store order id's going back close to 4 years. I hope this helps but we'll see. I also noted the email could have been changed to a @rambler account? After I saw that was a common thing. Any tips or questions that could help me secure my account?
