Do all US birth certificates (including relatives) have to be from within 18 months of application?
Hello!
I'm a little confused about this, because I've been reading different things. I thought that my own US birth certificate had to be within 18 months, but there was more flexibility with other US documents. I'm applying through my great-grandfather, and I may have jumped the gun with ordering birth certificates for my father and grandfather since the LA consulate is booked out through the year and I don't even know if I'll be able to get an appointment in 2027 (though I'll try my best).
Do ALL US birth certificates have to be issued within 18 months of application submission?
Thank you!
