help distractions while studying?

I’ve been having a really hard time focusing lately. I’ll sit down with the intention of studying, but my phone, social media, and random thoughts keep distracting me. By the time I realize it, I’ve wasted hours. What actually works for you?

What's the weirdest router problem you've ever fixed?

I've learned that router issues are almost never what you expect. Sometimes a simple reboot works, and other times it's something completely random. What's the strangest networking or Wi-Fi problem you've solved, and what ended up being the real cause? I'm curious to hear the stories that had you scratching your head.

What's the dumbest networking problem that took you WAY too long to figure out? 😅

I'll go first: I once spent nearly an hour convinced my router had finally given up... only to realize I'd been troubleshooting the wrong Wi-Fi network the entire time. 🤦‍♂️

I'm willing to bet everyone who's messed with routers has a story like this. Maybe it was a loose Ethernet cable, forgetting you changed the admin password, accidentally unplugging the modem instead of the router, or spending hours tweaking settings for a problem that had an embarrassingly simple fix.

What's your most facepalm-worthy networking moment? Let's make the newcomers feel a little better about theirs. 😂

I Accidentally Became the "Tech Support" Friend

I fixed my mom's Wi-Fi once, and now my entire family acts like I secretly work for a tech company. Yesterday someone asked if I could "repair the internet." I restarted the router, and suddenly I'm a genius again. Anyone else get promoted to unpaid family tech support?
