Hi I’m a college student and have insomnia - I’ve been self medicating using weed before bed to help me fall asleep but I’ve definetly created a dependency on it and don’t like the side effects and don’t like how I have to do it every night or I can’t sleep at all… I talked to my psych abt it and she prescribed me trazadone 100mg and told me I could cut it if needed, and I’ve been looking at this thread with trazadone and it’s kinda scaring me with what people have been saying about negative side effects- I’m thinking of waiting until the weekend when I don’t have class to try it but I’d definetly cut it to a 50 based on what I’m seeing people say. What is peoples experience with it? I’m on atomotoxtine and venlafaxine (which I just went up on doses)
