SSD randomly spikes to 100% active time (even after disabling SysMain)

Hi everyone,

I recently got a new PC, but I'm having an issue where my SSD randomly spikes to 100% active time. This happens intermittently while gaming, loading into new rounds (e.g., in Hunt: Showdown), booting up, or even when the system is completely idle. Sometimes my booting takes less then 10 seconds and sometimes minutes.

  • What I've tried so far:
    • Disabled SysMain (SuperFetch), which reduced the frequency of spikes, but hasn't fully solved the issue.
    • Checked SMART health using CrystalDiskInfo, which reports the drive status as "Good".

Any ideas on what might be causing this high disk usage or how to resolve it?
