If I could Ask Macklemore anything...
It would be what the fuck he meant by "I bought a skeet blanket then I bought a knee board" in thrift shop. Like did you buy a blanket to use as a skeet blanket or was this someone else's used skeet blanket?

So I was watching the Election returns from the Michigan primary last night and something that kept coming up was how the non-DSA backed candidate Haley Stephens was doing well among black voters in places like Metro Detroit, and how that mirrors a common theme amongst the elections recently where the Left faction of the Democratic Party struggles with black voters, particularly older ones. Why is this the case? Is it something about the organization itself like its policy or organizing strategy? Are older black voters just more conservative ideologically? Is it something about the voting aspect (Like are we only catching a portion of the broader community, the portion who votes in primary elections) Or is it a community dynamic I wouldnt be plugged into as a white dude? Does the centrist establishment wing of the Democratic Party deliver on issues in a way I am unaware of as I do not live in a black community? I am not a memeber of the DSA, but I support most of their policy positions. I do have many criticims of the org, but from where I sit as an outsider it seems like a lot of their policies if implemented would help black people a lot more than what the establishment seems to do, but I could be missing a key mismatch of priorities. Anyway I don't mean to stir the pot on a political issue I am just wondering if there is something I would be oblvious too.
