Any cold/flu virus doing its rounds currently?
Change of weather pattern hard to tell if it allergies or the start of virus? Ty

Hi, been on Vyvanse 50mg for the past 3 years and have just discovered that this year 2 generics are available here in SA.
I am currently trialing Vyfocis.
Anybody tried one or both? Any feedback on efficiency etc?

I naturally have done IF most of my life as I’m not a morning eater and enjoy my coffee black.
However in my late 50s, post menopausal and I’m doing a rethink on how I approach my eating.
I’m strongly drawn to following the circadian rhythm as

1. cortisol rising without eating and drinking my coffee on waking
2. on Vyvanse( ADHD stimulant)that is better tolerated when taken with protein
3. Vyvanse also takes away my appetite and my eating becomes disorderd

So looking for advice, experiences etc of those of you who rather fast from 6pm till 7am ( I would like to eventually shorten the window period and eat before 5pm)
Please share if it’s been successful and anything that may help me transition. TYIA
