Freo Z10 Ultra massive overflow & wood flooring destroyed.
Owned this device for little over 6 months now, but since I got it it always had the 2003 error onto it: dock overflow.
Last night I had an interesting surprise from it - finished it's cycle, went to its base, I changed the water from it, and during the night I got the error 2003 again, just pulled it out of the wall and went back to sleep, nothing weird, no water.
Today, I found about 1 liter of water leaking from it onto my wood floor, as well as almost to the brim inside it; I have no clue what happened. While moving it away to clean I saw some water dripping from under it, which is very weird indeed.
Now, I really like it, does a great job in my apartment and would hate to have to return it but seems like the only option right now...
Any advice on how to fix this issue? Especially since I have to manually clean and dry the dock basically after each clean...
