My wife and I have the eufy homebase and doorbell working for the last 3 or so years.

A couple of weeks ago the Homebase and doorbell just disappeared from our Eufy apps, my wife’s first then mine a couple of days later.

We added the Homebase again without any issue. The problem is with the doorbell, the last step of adding it requires the doorbell to be close to the Homebase, the Homebase plays a little chime and I guess the doorbell has to hear that.

It’s constantly fails at this step. I noticed in the last year the doorbell stopped picking up sounds totally, so I suspect it’s not hearing the chime from the home base.

Any solutions or has anyone experienced this?

Many years ago me and one other person saw an orb indoors. Clear as day, no rational explanation for it, a large orange sized orb appeared in the room, did a smooth glide across the room then just disappeared.

What’s the link between what we consider to be Ariel objects and craft of some sort, with small versions that can just appear indoors
