My cat was placed on a strict urinary food diet with royal canine but he hates it! He won't touch the wet food (urinary so 7+ variety). He was given this one due to it being significantly less sodium than the others.

Has anyone used a hills variety/ flavor that their cat loved? My cat tends to lean towards pate. To add context He was also recently diagnosed with heart disease / heart failure. So the low sodium is a must as well as the urinary food (previously identified crystals).
