His skill is affected by the combo buff twice, both the charges and the 3rd cast. It's also affected by the shotgun buff. Even his main weapon is also affected by the shotgun buff his shield throw.

I'm pretty sure I've gotten 8 Eidolons slots before allowing for further +3 Fantastic guns not to mention the two I had rainbow gatlings instead
And for maximum fantastic I can also bring the well frog old man and Knight 2nd for +3 or even +4 Fantastic Guns
Not to mention the Talent for summoning temporary Fantastic guns
