Finished my ODVI with Delta. I did consent to having my responses reviewed by AI, I was worried that declining could hurt your chances of moving to the next step since it might be extra time.
I have mixed feelings about AI instead of an actual recruiter reviewing the ODVI. It could miss nuances or context that a human recruiter would spot.
Ironic that they don’t want you to use AI for answers but they would use AI in the screening process.
Did anyone decline AI screening for their ODVI?
