🔹 Tele Sales Executive
Make outbound calls and generate leads
Explain products/services to customers
Follow up with prospects and convert leads
Maintain call & sales records
Achieve daily/monthly targets
Build strong customer relationships
🔹 Team Lead
Manage and motivate the telesales team
Set and monitor daily/monthly targets
Track calls, conversions & productivity
Conduct team briefings and provide sales guidance
Handle difficult customer conversations
Prepare performance reports
Drive achievement of team targets
✅ Requirements
12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets
Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge preferred
Positive attitude and confidence
Team-handling experience preferred for Team Lead
