Do yall think it would be possible to upgrade this into a gaming or a better work pc?

I’m pretty new to PCs and stuff, but I’m really into coding, so I’ve been wanting to buy a prebuilt PC and upgrade it over the years. I’m just wondering if y’all think these are pretty good deals or scams for my PC?
