Did a Uroflowmetry and doctor suspected a stricture. They did a cystoscopy and said i dont have one. It was painful as fuck. He says if i had a stricture he wouldnt be able to put in the tube or take it out. And referred me to physical therapy. Just a little confused and lost now. I tried physical therapy before and they did an emg and the pt said to do kegels that my muscles werent tight. Kegels felt like it made the pain worst. Is this true what hes saying and should i trust it ?

Im 26 male. or about 3 years ive had weird urinary symptoms, burning, slow stream, frequent urination. Most of the symptoms i feel it in the opening or near the opening atleast. It sucks and has affected my life alot. Today I asked my urologist to do a Uroflowmetry exam, after the exam he says he suspects a constriction

Hey guys 26 male. So ive been going to urologist cause my penis feels irritated inside and feels like i need to pee. The sensation comes from the penis and gets worst with abdominal pressure. My doctors kept saying oab and pelvic floor but i did that stuff and didnt work. So i asked him if it was this or some type of narrowing. He said no because it causes more burning and pain. So i asked to do a uraflow test where u pee in a bottle. He says it wasnt enough pee. But when i peed it sprayed everywhere and im not sure if him seeing that is what made his decision. -- But before that he opened my penis a bit with his hands and looked inside and said it looked fine. (Im not sure if him doing that caused the spraying) but the weaker the stream the more spray i get. He then said we're going to do a dilation next week. And canceled the cystoscopy. I am scared and dont know what to do. Before this he gave me antibiotics with no testing done and that didnt work either.

So i had a yeast infection when i was young about 10 years ago. Didnt treat it for the longest time. Creams didnt work. Then i just dealt with it for years. I then started getting itchy in all the folds of my skin (ears folds in nose neck folds in my back) . Discharge in penis irritation on the tip. Started getting really sick very often. Went to the dr got prescribed 150 mg of fluconazole for 21 days. It seemed like after the 3rd or 4th day it helped and then it cameback. Basically finishing my dose and the rash didnt go away. I went to my doctor and thought maybe i need a stronger dose or it may be systematic. She gave me nystatin cream and says it seems like its only localized. She also said she doesnt know if the rash in my ears and neck and folds in my back is that. I feel hopeless now. She referred me to a dermatologist 2 months from now but not sure if that will help. She said the nystatin cream is a little different so ig its worth a shot.

Male 26. Went to the doctor for having a nasty yeast infection ive had for 10 years. Have the rash in my groin area ears folds of my neck around the folds in my back. Discharge and penis inflammation. I do think i have white coating on the back of my tongue. Got prescribed 150 mg of fluconazole for 21 days. On the third day i saw a drastic change in the rash in my groin and thought it was going to get better. Im currently on day 17 basically and feel the same as i did on day 3. Not sure if i need a different antifungal or stronger dose or if it got resistant. Feeling a bit down because i cant even have sex with my wife because whenever i do i give her a yeast infection and discharge. Im hoping to fix this issue and just reached out to my doctor today through messages ( waiting for a response) and scheduled a follow up on friday.

So i got a yeast infection a few years back thought it was psoriasis and then symptoms got bad got it in my neck ears and started getting discharge. Started getting sick pretty often with chills and fever. Got prescribed 150 mg for 21 days. Its my third day and ig i feel "die off" symptoms now and i do notice the rash has gone down quite a bit. Not sure if this is candida but seems like im a candidate. Just wanted some second opinions on this dose that i got prescribed. I am hopeful that maybe this might work.
